Holiday Wine and Food Pairing 1

Hi Maria here from Parallel 44 Winery and Door 44 Winery. It’s the holiday season and nothing better than a holiday meal paired perfectly with your favorite Wisconsin wines. Well to look at a holiday meal as a total though can be overwhelming so many different flavors what do you do well.

Let’s just break it down into parts:

The first part, and my favorite part, is the welcome wine. So when your guests arrive, welcome them with a Wisconsin sparkling wine, and my pick is Sparkler. This bright, fresh, rose sparkling wine will make your guests say “Wow!” and they’ll be so excited! So pour up a refreshing glass of sparkling wine and it’s time to celebrate. Cheers!
