Steve and Bennett will discuss the process of winemaking, the multitude of considerations when oaking and aging wine, and then taste each wine from the barrels. Maybe we will even have some fun and you can take a crack at blending your own wine!

It’s interactive, it’s educational, it’s fun. We will also learn and do what wine judges and sommeliers (fancy word for wine evaluator) do.
