Barrel Tasting, Blending & Pairing with Steve & Maria

Our Barrel tasting, blending and pairing Event is a perfect way to beat the mid-winter blues and enjoy wine tasting and learn about wine making and grape growing in our region.

Steve and Maria, our winemaker and owners, will lead you through a fun and interactive afternoon of wine tasting and education. You will learn how to evaluate a wine just like a wine expert. You will participate in wine blending and your input will be used to create a brand new wine (that you will be able to buy futures of at a discount) . You will taste wines out of our barrels and also be able to buy futures of these fine reds at a discount. Event will conclude with a tasting of 3 cheeses paired with wine along with a lesson in food and wine pairing.

Price per person $44.00 (includes blending, barrel tasting and cheese and wine pairing with Steve and Maria, our owners and winemaker).
Must be 21 or older.  Tickets required.
