Learn food & wine pairing tips as you sample 5 different local charcuterie snacks paired perfectly with our local award winning wines. This is a seated culinary journey lead by our staff.

During this one hour food and wine experience you will taste 5 different pairings, including local cheeses, meats and sweets, you will learn about food pairing guidelines and learn how to evaluate a wine using the 5 S’s of wine appreciation. Each pairing will be an appetizer size portion, making this a perfect before dinner experience to kick off your Door County evening. You’ll savor every bit and reminisce on how amazing local wine and food is.
