As a celebration of Wisconsin, Frozen Tundra White, a Frontenac Gris blend, was added to the Frozen Tundra Family of wines. Frozen Tundra White is our most popular and best-selling white wine. Due to the wine’s popularity, the blend of grapes has changed over time; however, the flavor has remained the same. Not only is this one of our most popular wines, it is also one of our most awarded wines, winning many high-ranking awards over the past 6 years. The 2016 vintage was even awarded a 95-point ranking at the 2017 Ultimate Wine Challenge, the world’s platinum standard for wine competitions. Frozen Tundra White competed against 1200 wines from 23 countries and was one of 40 wines to receive a coveted Chairman’s Trophy. When the results came in Steve could hardly believe that Frozen Tundra White was listed as Chairman’s Trophy Winner because every other winner was from France, South Africa, Tuscany, and Napa Valley.
